Kiowa Hunting Service offers Mule deer rifle hunts on two different ranches in New Mexico.

Other hunters have taken some impressive trophies, see them in the Mule Deer Photo Album.

Mule Deer Hunt #1

This hunt is located out of Vaughn, New Mexico. The ranch is over 100,000 acres in size, a mixture of antelope and deer habitat. Elevation is approximately 5,500 feet. The area is a mixture of Pinon/Juniper, Ponderosa Pine, and high desert grasslands. We have commercially hunted and managed this ranch since 1991. We are allowing only fourteen hunters this year on the ranch. We have continually had excellent success on mature mule deer on this ranch. The cost of the hunt includes meals, courtesy transportation during the hunt, appropriate number of guides, and trophy preparation of the animal. The hunter is responsible for his license, personal gear, weapon, motel costs and transportation to and from the camp.
